Phoenix Palace Hotel features a variety of non-smoking rooms, all furnished with wooden or timber flooring. Each room includes air conditioning, a work desk, a wardrobe, an in-room safe, and amenities such as free bottled water and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. The en suite bathrooms offer a range of features, including walk-in showers or bathtubs, hairdryers, bathrobes, and free toiletries. Some rooms also come with a flat-screen TV with cable or satellite channels, as well as a refrigerator. Additionally, there are rooms with balconies providing city views, and a quadruple room with a hot tub is also available.
